It enables fully automated production management, with RFID tags replacing barcodes for long-range and batch reading, overcoming the limitations of barcode visibility. RFID automatically identifies items at inspection stations, entry/exit points, and in processes like spraying and pre-inspection, improving production efficiency and minimizing human error. The RFID tags are printed with a chip barcode, compatible with existing barcode systems to avoid asset waste. RFID tags are applied starting from injection molding, tracking data through all stages—storage, spraying, inspection, assembly, and shipment—optimizing production lines, inventory, and warehouse management, while upgrading traditional barcode systems to greatly improve production management.
